Day home after hospital stay

Adrian is doing great. His eye medication is as follows; Atropine 1% ophthalmic solution

1 drop  a day onto left eye daily, Dorzolamide-timolol 2-0.5% ophthalmic solution (cosopt) 2 times a day,

Trbramycin-dexamethasone 0.3-0.1% ophyhalmic suspension (Tobradex) 1 drop 4 times a day, and

Genteal Tears ophthalmic solution 1 drop onto left eye 2 times a day. Raising a child with down

syndrome is challenging, with all the doctor appointments and surgeries, a child with down

syndrome might have to have. But I would not trade it for all the money in the world. My son has

taught me so much from day one. The two things that my son has taught me was one to have faith

in God and to trust him completely with the welfare of not only my son Adrian but my other children

and grandchildren as well. The second thing my son Adrian taught mew was to have patience. For

patience is the key to raising a child with Down Syndrome, really it applies to any child that might

have special needs. Regardless, of how mild or severe the child disability might be.

Adrian's new medication list after his post-op appointment.
