Dealing with Arthritis pain

My hands have arthritis on a scale of one to ten, the pain I experience from it is a five at times but at

most of the time the pain I am experiencing is a one. I need to talk to the doctor about what type of

stuff I can do to help manage the pain I am experiencing. I have a doctor appointment on the 8th of

September, for my arthritis pain. Well, I have a doctor appointment for my arthritis. I did as the

pharmacist if there was anything that I could use on my hands to help alleviate the pain. She pointed

out a over the counter ointment I could use, the name of it is Aspercreme.  This medication does

work to keep the pain under control while I am working. I work as a nurse's aide, on the night shift. 

Cold weather makes my arthritis flair up.
