Global warming is it something to worry about in the mid west or not you decide

I have been studying in my class at BVU about Global warming. The book that we are reading and doing so writings about is World on Edge  Author is Lester Brown. Early in my posts I posted a video that we had to watch.
    Well, since it is the month of January I have taken a picture of my deck, one is right after it snowed, the other is about a week later. Here is the first photo taken
 And here is the second photo. The point I am trying to make is that this being January, the snow on my deck should not have melted like that. It should still be there, and I know that it would have been if global warming was not a real thing.
